My name is Quincy Commerford, and I am dedicated to harnessing my proficiency in organizational and program management, evaluation, change facilitation, and growth strategies, which I have refined through my extensive background as an educator and program manager. My primary objective is to create and execute forward-thinking, data-informed programs that ignite professional advancement of people and steer organizations toward elevated development and excellence. My vision centers on being a proactive catalyst for change, employing strategic foresight and evidence-based analysis to steer organizations toward peak performance, all while fostering a culture of perpetual enhancement and lifelong learning. My areas of interests include, but are not limited to: Organizational and Talent Development, Conflict Management/Employee Relations, and Program Evaluation and Data Analysis.
